For a multinational company the process and system is not good. Not everyone is aligned with the goals, even the support team. There is a lot of work but the pay is not enough. Management is not aligned with the operations. They keep changing policies without consulting the people and they keep adding tasks not in your JD.

Opportunities to make valuable contributions and to be part of very meaningful work that clients truly appreciate. Bring able to be an advisor and provide guidance to clients that make a difference. Overall, good people who want to support each other and contribute towards common goals.

Cons

No exposure to the work that other teams do so the company feels very divided. No real opportunities for professional development and growth. The management team tends to take a very hands off approach and is not really invested in engaging with their teams.
