      Working at Shein has been a game-changer for my career. I’ve grown tremendously, learning new skills, and taking on diverse tasks beyond my role. The fast-paced environment pushes you to adapt and excel, making every day an opportunity to learn something new. And to top it all off, the people are incredibly nice and collaborative.

      Fast-paced environment can be challenging at times, but it’s a great opportunity to build resilience.

      Pros

      Shein offers great career opportunity. You can move from one department to another, change jobs, and all this, thanks to the work and abilities you demonstrate. In 7 years spent within SHEIN, I've been able to grow and experience several jobs in different departments. I've had the opportunity to do what I do best and what I enjoy most.

      Cons

      Being a fast fashion company and having to adapt every day, we expect the same in return. We have to work on that point, being more flexible.
