Leadership locally exhibits a narcissistic style, with the associated downsides—poor organizational skills and lack of true vision—while failing to deliver the usual benefits of such a leadership style. It's not uncommon for management team members to openly criticize absent colleagues, which i think is particularly unusual in Swedish workplace culture. Employee surveys (Great Place to Work) consistently yield low scores, particularly for management, but the results seem to have little impact as leadership appears indifferent. Ambitious younger employees often leave after 2-3 years for companies with better organizational culture and structure. The organization operates with a traditional top-down hierarchy, and while efforts are being made to implement a matrix structure with dual reporting, the change feels superficial, retaining the same leadership dynamics.

There is a lack of pace and sometimes commitment to get things done. Highly risk averse.
