      Pros

      Products and services are best in the industry. Without question. Benefits were excellent. Team atmosphere was wonderful.

      Cons

      So much business and growth that work life balance was challenging. That isn't a shortcoming of SICK but rather my work style. It was easy to overwork myself.

      -Promote a lot from within -Exceptional medical, dental, vision benefits -Privately held, includes profit sharing -Industry--exciting technology and great job stability due to the diversity in portfolio -My co-workers care about me and my family, small company feel in a large organization -The management board is friendly and knows me as a person and not a number

      Cons

      -Going through a large amount of growth and some processes need improving to keep up with the growth but we are working on it
