Getting more forward looking

Pros

I personally appreciate the new generation management team who have been communicating honestly with the situations and let us know how they made their decision with their earnest best to support the people and company. The company is led in a forward looking trend now that strive to navigate the challenges we had today rather than ignoring them. A place that once known to be a comfort heaven to work until retirement, employees who are in the comfort space will to think differently now with different level of energy which is good! We are here to work and develop as professions, not to participate in work place politics to stand with “red indian chief” around. If we are unable to share the same view with these “red indian chief”, they outcast us. The new management has been doing a good job to address rumours and keep the red indian chief on their toes so that they do not further damage the culture.

Cons

Will be better if JTC open a food court here. The company has been running lot of cost saving measures. The company is changing/restructuring a lot and there is good and bad in it. Flexi$ benefit has been suspended.

Pros

Work Life Balance - Flexibility in scheduling enabled a healthier work-life balance. - Work From Home - Good Benefits - Competitive compensation package with various perks and bonuses. - Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision.

Cons

Every Man for Themselves - Some individuals prioritize self-interest over team collaboration, withholding knowledge and expertise. - Overconfidence among certain team members leads to a dismissive attitude towards others insights, even when those insights are well founded and relevant. Say One Thing, Do Another - Promised support or resources but failed to follow through Less Guidance - Insufficient training and mentorship left employees feeling unprepared and unsupported in their roles. - Lack of clear direction and feedback from supervisors resulted in confusion and hindered professional growth. Hypocritical Feedback - Feedback was inconsistently delivered, often reflecting management's personal preferences rather than objective criteria - Despite efforts to accommodate feedback and adhere to instructions, expectations seemed to shift arbitrarily, making it challenging to meet standards consistently.
