3yThank you for your review. We appreciate getting feedback, even if it’s not what we would like to hear. The nature of the union-management relationship is that we sometimes disagree, and when we do we work together to find solutions. We’ve recently held Town Hall meetings to hear ideas from all employees on how we can work together most effectively.
Regarding your advice, we agree that it’s important to treat employees consistently and we train our supervisors on fair management practices to support this. We're not perfect, but we continuously improve.
It's also good to hear that you appreciated our competitive pay and benefits!
