      Pros

      People in my sector of the organization are very committed, and professional. Most are very kind. Doing humanitarian work.

      Cons

      As for most NGOs, funding is a problem. Also, it seems that the system of evaluating needs, meeting those needs, marketing, reporting to donors, the overall translation process and administration needs updating.
