      Pros

      The work here was meaningful and I had wise and inspiring colleagues.

      Cons

      Management and upper management power hoard and listen to a select few. They create scarcity within the organization and overall lack a clear vision and ethos. There are very few opportunities to promote because positions are very clearly ear marked for specific applicants.
