Location made for an easy commute, worked with some really great co-workers. Near good lunch places.

Cons

Upper management was hot headed, lost temper frequently, yelled at employees without researching or learning why failures happened. One day witnessed a upper management position lose it, stormed onto the production floor and started kicking boxes of product around in front of line workers. Because of this unstable management style, middle management would turn on each other to avoid becoming the target of the CEO's wrath.

It's a very nice job. We assemble the products of each order daily. Good benefits

Cons

The hardest part of the job its probably the extremly low temperature. Its very cold and that makes the job hard, but apart of that the job is very nice and easy.
