Engineering- frequent re-org, morale extremely low, no motivation, unrealistic schedules. HR- their goal is alienate people using foul tactics. Mean, tricky, crook. IT- install spyware on laptops, illegal monitor everything, treat people like thiefs.

Ideal employees - Koreans & chain smokers. Weak managements - o frequent re-orgs alienated workers, reduced morale & repelled talents. In some case the re-org was used as tools for power-struggle and personal revenge. o frequent changes in project directions, scopes and requirements caused numerous delays. Workers doubted the value of their work, hesitate to make progresses. o lack of communications and top decisions were consistently inconsistent. o performance review was a joke, lack of standards, and at times not out of good faith. o workers become indifferent, dare to speak up, and afraid to be punished for being honest. o ill management caused high turnover rate, and even legacy product supports became difficult.
