Pros

Location if you live close to it

Cons

Toxic to the point where if you aren't a exec you don't matter. Lots of hard working people there. You will be treated like a little kid and not a valued team member

Pros

Employee parking, designated private patio for staff lunch and breaks, cafeteria-style meal included each full shift, some positions offer benefits (i.e. Healthcare, etc) very attractive venue and back-of-house space. Staff pretty friendly with one another and good background checks done for employment and gaming licenses

Cons

Very disorganized management. Schedules changing day to day for almost all non-salary positions, no flexibility. No holidays or weekends off because it never closes 24/7; dealers and bar staff both have to split tips, not based on table game play or customer tips per shift. Emphasis on "hospitality" but do not give customers even the most basic information until they arrive and have not had a functional website or photos of actual property. No children under 21 even for restaurants, but won't disclose that over the phone or online. Security is minimally trained and aren't armed; no metal detectors either, high daily crime rate in parking lot including vehicle thefts. Almost all positions and depts restricted from gaming on their off days or participating in rewards program (required to play games or earn points from dining) At 11:30pm, management came over the intercom during 'training' and announced at midnight we were now officially open. They did not disclose the opening date or time to any line staff actually working and only told us when we worked soft openings for the tribe, the public flooded in unexpectedly and we weren't prepared. If you work the floor, very smoky. You will come home smelling like smoke

Pros

Good location. Easy to get to

Cons

They know they have a good location. They underpay you and overwork you. And you’re easily replaceable
