Pros

Diversity of workplace, an excellent career path and ability to develop at own pace. Starting as a trainee, you will have a clear expectancy, tasks and time of how and when you will be promoted. Compensation and medical insurance is top-notch, although personal-performance is not a big factor until a person reaches the GFE status.

Cons

Not much of work/life balance. Due to being a service company, we have to adapt to our client's needs and hence this may result in alot of work hours at different times of the day/week/year. Including weekends and public holidays. Sometimes language-barrier is an issue at some locations. In the start though, expect to do alot of non-related work such as painting, cleaning and maintenance where you will be wondering "am I actually paid to do such tasks?" but after first school things start to kick up.
