the salary was competitive, trainings, when you work at the field everyaspect of your comfort is taken care of.

Cons

racism, if you are not part of a select race or extraordinary at your job , they will keep you where you are , example: why the brilliant Satish Pai has never been CEO and had to leave? high levels of stress, not from the job but poor management unmet promises
