      Pros

      Training was pretty good, as was the pay + bonuses once you break out. Benefits package was rather solid as well.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is non-existent. Don't expect to have a life, you're expected to be on call 24-7 and ready to leave at the drop of a hat, regardless of what you have going on. Upper management couldn't care less about you as a person, the only thing they cared for was their bottom line. Always being short staffed and constantly having work piled onto us. Nepotism and favoritism runs rampant as well.

      Offers decent insurance programs, some friendly employees

      Cons

      Workload is unacceptable. Priorities should be adjusted. They have the budget to invest in everything but the employees. The cost of living is rising and it seems like there are no plans to adjust.
