      Pros

      Benefits, M-F schedule (mostly), pay (sometimes), flexibility on workday times.

      Cons

      Disorganized, leadership tends to not have people skills, process changes and overhauled seemingly every month. Can’t get comfortable with learning the way the job is done, because the company will change it and you have to learn again. Managers can be rude, vulgar, and will use explicit language fat to often. If you want to transfer to another department, the managers can and will block your internal transfer so you can leave.

      Pretty good experience with Schlumberger. Unfortunately it was a contact position that only lasted 3 months.

      Pros

      Great group of individuals to work with at the Sugarland location. Salary offered for CSR positions exceeds amount offered offered by most competitors in the Oil and Gas sector.

      Cons

      The position was contract with the possibility of turning into a direct hire role. But once the huge project they were working on ended They let go all contract workers hired to assist with the project.
