Pros

Possibility to grow career within company, competitive salary (not the highest in the industry), HSE attitude, education within a company, alot of challenges and interesting work.

Cons

They will work your hands off with loaded schedulle and wash your brains of with blue mindset. Management is driven by accountants and positive financial performance. If you are lucky to have people oriented manager he will be replaced soon with typical ambitious fast learner with poor people management skills. SLB policies and blue mindset were designed to support best performing service company but in reality managers are only driven by income, personal ambitions and career growth.
