      -Good starting salary and continuing compensation -Good health benefits and retirement planning/401(k) set up -Challenging work and work environment -Clear path for advancement

      -Long and frequently odd hours -Difficulty making long term plans due to unpredictable work schedule -While advancement structure is laid out, it is hard to find out what mgmt. expects -Job responsibilities not laid out clearly

      Pros

      Had a great time. Met a lot of new people, got the opportunity to travel. I learned new software, how to work in a busy office environment. I enjoyed my internship, the people I met, the process I went through. Great feedback from my mentors. Overall, a great exerience.

      Cons

      My biggest issue was the lack of communication/organization of my main recruiter and the rest of us interns. I had specific issues with having accounts set up, problems with payment that no one else experienced. It would take days for my main recruiter to return my phone calls or emails, and generally made me feel like there was no time for me.
