      Training is probably the best in the industry...the learning curve is steep so to get your job done you have to learn a lot pretty quickly...

      Cons

      Middle management lacking in experience and pay scale below those of competitiors...company is too willing to sacrifice knowhow and competence just to fill positions especially in management.
