      A good company to work for

      Pros

      Challenge work daily. Pleasant teamwork. You can literally learn things from anyone around you. Lots of opportunities. Benefits and rewards are good comparing to other industry company. Flexible working schedule. Coworkers are nice and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Some decisions do not make too much sense from the employee's point of view but the management may have a bigger picture. Deadline could be tight. Benefits are not as good comparing to other companies in the same industry and are declining in the recent years. In general not too many cons.

      Pros

      Report to a good manager who supports you and your work then SLB can be a very fine employer. It's generally best for highly mobile fresh-outs ready to go and do as told but there are many exceptions. Flexibility is required.

      Cons

      Not much autonomy for mid-management personnel and workers. Top management seems to follow a formula and is not interested in ideas that do not fit within it. Regarding ethics, we witness some situations in which the ends are used to justify questionable means.
