Pros

- Structured training programme and continuous training development, which includes weeks long class based training in training centres worldwide. - Competitive compensation scheme - Predominantly young work force - Mobility and international exposure - Opportunity to venture into non technical positions post Fixed Step Training. - Steep learning curve: always something new to learn

Cons

- Heavy workload eating into personal life - Field staff are typically based out of a fairly remote area away from friends and family - Long work hours: 6-day week work and generally over time required without compensation during peak periods. - Despite the structured training programme, compliance and progression in accordance to it depends greatly on management's support - Management has been very selective with compliance with company's standards, only favouring those which conveniences them.

Pros

Credibility in the industry...fantastic training, responsibility given at a very early stage that dwarfs anywhere else...Diversity in roles/ frequent changes etc (each new job can be like a totally new company).... the list goes on

Cons

Constant change, tough work/ life balance, little respect for geographical stability/ consistency... far too politically correct (in terms of gender promotion etc) ahead of the right people

Pros

The training and OJT are among the best in the industry. Pay can be very competitive

Cons

The hours can be very long and it can become difficult to maintain a home life. Also many of the locations are undesirable.
