      Pros

      diversity of staff, opportunity to travel, good benefits, lets you do your job, good training program (but not good for mid-career hires), smart people for most part

      Cons

      poor personnel and hr functions, some times too bureaucratic, layoffs, some people need to go but are protected, just make money for the company, mid level mgmt poor, peter principle for promotions

      You can screw up at one place, a couple of years, you can move to other center with good promotion. Too many young and immatured managers..
