Pros

amazing field experience and a great company to work for in the early years with early responsibility a good pay package (with field Bonus for wireline)

once you grow, it is very dependent on relationships to grow in the company. Balance of life and family is negligble for continued line managment and moving is every 2 years which destroys stability.
