Pros

They used to have good training programs, but not anymore. The promotion system works well up to grade 11, but once you reach that level, you have to prove you’re a good boot‑licker if you want to advance.

Cons

They overwork the field employees and impose the DDX joke, forcing one person to do the work of two positions, DD and MWD, while paying them even less than a regular DD. The management is very poor, afraid to make decisions on their own unless they are ordered to do so, they act like yes‑men.
