      Pros

      It is a good company for someone who want to get an experience on a big company for a couple of years or as a beginner on the industry. A good training program for beginners

      Cons

      Use to be appreciated for the high technical knowledge of the employees but currently it is more based on P&L which lead to have managers without any technical knowledge and just interested in cost control. People is not one of their values anymore as employees are very often removed from roles to be relocated in short period of times in the best case scenario or simple left out of the company The work environment is way to inestable

      Lack of morale Eroded company culture No integrity in upper/executive management No accountability across company Noone in middle management and above take ownership or responsibility for their assignment. No consideration for common or global organizational good. Always "its somebody else's problem"

      Constantly changing policy, HR is allowed to make any decisions even if they go against company policy or your training! Worked there for 23 years including the years at Cameron when schlumberger purchased Cameron, loved working for Cameron but everything changed at the purchase ,
