      The paycheck will keep you there.

      Cons

      Being gone for weeks at a time. Also, you have to be very flexible all the time, without much flexibility from management when you need it.

      Pros

      Used to be training and company culture which turned to be fake now.

      Cons

      Don't know where to start with. Long unappreciated houra as you are only a number there. Smaller companies are finding it easier and easier to take business away from SLB. Constantly laying off peopleople. Their CEO is not good in understanding all aspects of the business except for the financial part of it. And his way to solve problems is only by laying off employees.
