Pros

- Many career route and path in an organization. - Clear guideline on career growth. - Agile and quick to adjust an organization to remain competitiveness in the market. - Good benefit covering group insurance, and those who're HCM, IM are getting better benefit.

Cons

- Recently downturn impact in overall divisions, functions to downsize their employees. - Performance Evaluation may not reflect on how you performed but how your boss see you. - Having less equipment and people resource than the demand is the direction and culture of SLB. Always make scarcity in the market. - People tend need to be overworking. Comparing with other competitor who usually hiring 2-3 person, while SLB will use 1 person to do the same jobs/ tasks.

Pros

Competitive Pay, Benefits, Work Life Balance

Cons

It takes a lot of jumping through hoops to get any kind of promotion. There is too much unneeded admin placed on employees that is a waste of time.

Pros: Global exposure and opportunities to work with diverse teams, including my engagement with the Egypt team. Strong learning and development programs to enhance technical and soft skills. Competitive salary and benefits package. Cutting-edge technology and innovation in the oil & gas industry. Supportive colleagues and a collaborative work culture.

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging due to demanding projects. Bureaucratic processes can slow down decision-making. Career progression could be more transparent.
