      Pros

      Great for the best technology in the industry. Pay is good.

      Cons

      Due to current market rates, not a good time to get in the industry. Management tries to downplay the seriousness of the situation. Long hours. Can be dirty and demanding at times.

      Great benefits, technology is top notch! Promotes from within. Training and safety is priority!

      Cons

      Zero communication. Accountability is preached but never practiced. The high you get in the company the bigger the target on your back for someone to place blame.

      Lots of great talent at SLB, really smart people Great technology historically, used to be cutting edge Lots of international opportunities

      Cons

      Management is too engineering focused, doesn't get the big picture Very little emphasis on running an effective business because of a belied that engineers know everything (this is coming from an engineer at the firm) Short tenure in roles leads to misaligned incentives, poor outcomes long-term
