Pros

Benefits were good and pay was average

Cons

Too many brown nosers telling their managers what they want to hear & the managers absolutely love it so when they screw it up they can blame bad info. HR runs the business along with a few young, fresh out of school MBA’s that have absolutely no clue. You’re just a number and extremely sacrificial to them.
