Pros

Benefits Paid time off Flexable Steppingstone to better opportunities

Cons

The company struggles with some deep-rooted issues that make it hard to stay engaged over time. Leadership tends to operate in a top-down fashion, and unfortunately, it’s not unusual for people to take credit for your work or throw others under the bus to get ahead. Job security doesn't exist—any market dip could put your role at risk, no matter how well you’re performing. Management turnover is constant, which means your performance review might be handled by someone who’s never even worked with you. If you get a score you don’t agree with, there’s often no real way to challenge it or provide context. It’s a tough environment if you’re looking for stability, recognition, or a fair shot at growth. Communication is poor, and transparency is basically nonexistent. You’re often left in the dark about changes or decisions that affect your job. There’s a strong clique culture too, which makes it hard to feel included unless you’re part of the “in” crowd. Appreciation for hard work is rare, and accountability is even rarer. If something goes wrong, it’s usually pushed down the chain instead of being owned by leadership. Pay is another sore spot. Unless you’re in engineering or a corporate role, salaries are low and raises are minimal. They’ll talk about promotions and future raises, but those promises rarely materialize. Most people are lucky to see a 2% bump every few years. Overall, it’s not the worst place to work, but if you’re looking for growth, recognition, or fair compensation, you might want to keep looking.

Pros

A very meticulous paper trail. Good training for safety. When they pat you on the back, they let you keep the knife.

Cons

Subterranean morale, absentee middle management, career stagnation, lackluster wages. Substandard management with no enthusiasm.
