      Good building and get to learn a lot

      The moment your salary cuts to thier profit margin they will fire you and give you 3 to 4 projects as a developer and eventually you quit. Salary is very very low. Highest level leadership does nothing but see whom to fire next. Ceo seems to be kept away from this.
