      Pros

      You have to work with the team to enjoy and have fun at workplace. When compared to big companies where you will be most of the time working as individual contributor.

      Cons

      Previously the projects were scattered across different locations in Bangalore, Which made it difficult to get help from other project team working on similar technologies. Now it is all under one roof in Bangalore

      Full of Greenery(but you're not allowed to enjoy it) Great chance to learn and get along with different technologies (you need to have connections with avp) Benefits (just some struggle with transport and shift allowances) Recognition (again, depends on connections with higher management) Higher chances of meeting your life partner Learning of how to manage life in low income
