As fresher if you get in you will be able to learn many things that you can learn in MNC in 3 years. Senior hired by organization have only experience no knowledge I have worked with 14 years experience guy they don't know basics but they are surviving here

Some people are here for more than 15 years only experience knowledge wise very less

Cons

CEO lacked ability to communicate needs, lack of training & consistency, continuity from offshore team. The standards are great, just unknown.
