      Cons

      FnF Processing Delays: One of the most significant drawbacks is the company's inability to process the FnF settlements in a timely manner, causing financial stress to departing employees.       1. SLK is one of the best place to start your career. 2. Good working environment. 3. Great leadership who motivates you to build your career. 4. Good opportunity to travel abroad 5. Multiple opportunities to work with various teams in different country. 6. Ample amount of project opportunities with new technologies, which u are free to take up and work. 7. SLK is providing services to the major companies around world like manufacturing companies(Emerson), bank's, Insurance comapany. and also has its own product in like AVO Automation. hence you get chance to work in different fields as per your skill and goals.

      Cons

      1. Less pay compared to other companies. 2. There are few flaws which all companies will be having , but if u want to start you career in SLK, it is one of the best place to work.
