Trap works like this freshers are hired with some fancy Technology name then they are put into Support Projects without their choice Donkey 🐴 Work 90% work is done on 2 Years Bonded Freshers no care ODCs are Worst Infra projects are non knowledge adding old technologies Working in support projects don't builds up anybody career people leaving co without informing
