      Hardly we could find any pros, you will only learn how to manage work rather than how to Work.

      Cons

      1. Managers are the kings 2. Senior managers are king of kings 3. They discuss problems faced by an employee from one ear and leave it from another ear, and NOD their head for everything. 4. POOR Facilities

      Pros

      It used to be a good company before with friendly environment to work. Good for freshers. (Before) On-site opportunities were there(difficult now).

      Cons

      Worst rules. Worst micro management. Always managers will be in safe side. Always customer is important for the company. They don’t care about employe. Even cafeteria for breakfast & lunch timings are controlled by company. (No right to eat at our convenience also) You’ll have a locked bond for one year If they give bonus.
