Post 2012 era @SLK
1. HR driven organization
2. Delivery team no respect at all (R&R is biased i.e., the team member who put down the paper R& R follows him and this as many times)
3. Bunch internal verticals grown for Process, PMO, L&D, EAT, HR
4. Project / Delivery Team fill the details in bunch of internal tools itself (Operational Tasks are more) will affect the project
5. Though there are bunch of internal tools there is no effective tool to collect the information about the project, programs. It requires Project Team to prepare manually effectively in spreadsheet to share with Sr. Leadership team.
6. These Sr. Leadership team folks responsibility is to request process to collect manually all the metrics and collate and present to their reporting manager
7. So far these Sr. Leadership team was not able drive single program effectively in the organization. Somehow these programs were projected in such a way it apprise their performance only but not delivery/ project team which should implement and suffer
8. Literally Sr. Leadership team don't know the difference of Project vs. Operational Tasks, they tried to invent Operational Model on Project Tasks
9. Sr. Leadership team does not provide project team necessary Business Analyst and Technical Leader, Technical Architect which you won't get allocated which everything account for Billing which they don't work out with client
10. Middle Managers/Leaders should struggle and work with freshers and mediocre candidates to get CSAT at best and your performance lies there
11. Lack in Infrastructure. Project Team will be given with bunch of old desktops which latest IDE cannot run, half of the productive work is lost in this.
12. Work timings - Only check-in time is questioned, check-out don't worry...You should be customer focused stay back at office
