      Nice People to work with Good for only freshers Good Infrastructure Scope for self improvement through only self learning (Improve your self confidence)but, no training from company

      Cons

      Limited exposure Bad salaries and not good HR System A big gap with management and engineers No opportunities to change technologies Performance evaluation is a nonsense. Beg more and get more. No possibility for Self Respect Regional Languages mostly used

      For all the lazy goes there, you can go on vacation by getting here, on the cost of your credibility

      Cons

      1. No work life balance 2. Septic Leadership qualities 3. Poor Remuneration. 4. You don't know, when you would be fired, even if you are a regular and billed resource. 5. HR Management is at its worst. Interestingly, there is huge head count of HR's but still employees are poorly utilized and managed. 6. Native influence of the Managers, is experienced strongly
