      Pros

      - Good for freshers, you can learn more but do not depend on training. - You will get good expose to work - Good infrastructure.

      Cons

      - Very poor salaries for freshers (Guess now improving) - If you want what u deserve (Salary or Promotion), you can get it only by proving your self that you can get another job outside - Management as to improve lot - You need to struggle like anything to get relive from company - Do not screw up employees with unacceptable policies which only benefits to company

      Nice People to work with Good for only freshers Good Infrastructure Scope for self improvement through only self learning (Improve your self confidence)but, no training from company

      Cons

      Limited exposure Bad salaries and not good HR System A big gap with management and engineers No opportunities to change technologies Performance evaluation is a nonsense. Beg more and get more. No possibility for Self Respect Regional Languages mostly used

      Pros

      Good environment to work, even the people are nice here. The company may not be big, but has lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      Salary hike does not depend on your performance, it depends on the project requirement. HR system/management is the worst.
