      Best place for freshers, friendly colleagues, Nice place to work,projects,goof team leads,helpful, joyful environment

      Hectic work,lots of pressure,politics inside the company,less pay with immediate deadlines, gruelling environment

      Pros

      Freshers can look forwards to good training modules. They are trained as per the requirement of the company.

      Cons

      No growth, No remuneration, No contact with the upper level management. No insight of the goal of the company. It is a client oriented company, therefore employees are the least priority. Very bad work culture and zero employee retention plans. Freshers are trained to do the work of senior employees (Good for Freshers). Sr. Employees are released without retention as this gives cost reduction.

      One of the Best org i have ever worked with, Every single individual is been attended by the management and rules are equal to everyone. The best Open door policy ever to walk and directly talk to CEO.
