1. Managers are worst, they don't even consider employees as their own, don't talk to th on floor, just want client work to do anyhow without implementation of logic.
2. HR is always sleepy, don't think you will get any help(post joining all colors shows by HR will be black/white. They will not talk to you also and nor pick call, straight they will tell talk to your BU hr on 2nd day itself. And BU hr is sleeping doesn't do any work nor help.
3. Transport Team: They think they are ruling the company, doesn't change the timings of logout in emergency situation also.
For doing simple change they want manager and hr approval, once u get u will be clubbed in such a way u will reach home after dropping 6-7people.
In emergency situation if u ask for cab, transport team will ask for 750/- from project and for that managers don't agree and you have to continue working for your actual logout, so no point of emergency situation acceptable.
4. Team is good, people whith whom u will be working are good but managers are worst, they will ask why you want 1day leave(reason for a day off)
For one project
SLK called to office during covid-19 pandemic days. NO WFH was given.
People came worked hard, infected with covid and passed away.
But not a single respect to them and not helping hand to their families.
In- return, management have one dairy-milk silk(are you for real managers).
5. Hike, they will give 60-70k per year if yiu excellent contributor.
