      Pros

      Nice Infrastructure and easy interviews to attract employees but no career growth

      Cons

      No Hike. No Job security. This company has told many employees to relieve from the job or told they will terminate them immediately. They give only awards but they wont increase the salary. It is very far from the city with poor clubbing of cab facilities and bus timings.

      Some of the fellow employees are helpful.

      Cons

      Very far from the city. No good food vendors. In almost all the teams the managers put a lot of pressure on the employees as it is a service based company. Need to impress your managers and team leads if you want good work.
