Well, where do I start from!
The campus is too far from Bangalore. If you miss office transport, you have to either go by own transport or by Uber/ola which will not be less than 1000rs.
If an employee dies while in service, leadership least care for their life and family. Thanks to few good few managers, some donations are collected from employees to share to their family members. Company as a whole does not much here.
Leadership - above PM level are worst. There are some people who still follow traditional approach and they are never ready to accept and deal with changes. They talk about challenging status quo. But when you do, they don't care for it. Some of them are of thick skin also suck blood from employees
The hike is worst and they delay the process intentionally for 6 months. at times you get arrears and at times its gone.
Salary is below market standards
You cannot roam around the campus when you feel like taking a fresh air. you will be either changed away to floor by security or by the chairman of the company.
If the chairman finds you talking over phone for a longer time (guess you might have a situation at home and need to deal it with over phone), you are gone.
No job security.
Worst HR system. They are management / leadership friendly and not employee focused.
Everything is followed based on the orders of chairman or what he needs. Employee asks or demands are least bothered.
If you do not know how Britishers used to treat Indians, you can join this company. You will get the taste of it.
Also, freshers are asked to write good reviews here. If their reviews meet the leadership expectation, their contract period will be waived off.
Agencies are paid for paid-feedback on social networks so that the negative-genuine ones are back paged.
