      Pros

      There are good managers who genuinely want you to climb the corporate ladder. Exposure to client from day 1 after training, I hated it at first but now I know the value of it.

      Cons

      Salary Location As there are managers there are also bad ones for whom you will just be a tool.

      As fresher if you get in you will be able to learn many things that you can learn in MNC in 3 years. Senior hired by organization have only experience no knowledge I have worked with 14 years experience guy they don't know basics but they are surviving here

      Cons

      Some people are here for more than 15 years only experience knowledge wise very less
