Pros
1 Good Work Life balance 2 Helpful peers 3 Good HR policies and most importantly, all these policies are actually followed. 4 Free tea and biscuit (If you are coming from a big MNC, you will find it as a pro) 5 Good Hike as compared to other service companies 6 Organisation is in transformation phase towards becoming a big company 7 Good and stable projects (most of the projects are 5 or more years old)
Cons
1 No mobile allowed inside workroom 2 no internet access inside workroom. 3 The company is transforming to become a big company and changing its policy like big MNC which are not good. 4 Not so good infrastructure if you are not working in their Yelahanka campus.
