      Overall good for freshers and also laterals

      Pros

      Good company for freshers as they ll get exposure and chances. Good for laterals if u get more package. Laterals package will depend on our performance and profile. GOod onsite opportunities(should have 4+ exp). Good working environment. Flexible timings(depends on the manager and team lead).

      Cons

      Initial salary will be less compare to other MNC's for freshers. Work pressure is more. Location is too far to city. Hike - Don't expect more :-p

      *This company is good for freshers. In very short period of time I was given major project responsibilities. Good as a learning curve. *Recent days we had got good hikes(Depends on the project). *Company is growing tremendously. *New campus is planned pretty well.

      Cons

      *Politics *ODC hrs should be maintained *Employees could have been given more facilities (Transportation) *Company is shifting to devanahalli very soon and that is too far for everybody apart from people residing in north Bangalore.
