      Pros

      You can work with less supervision because of the work from home set-up; and you have a freedom to choose what time you'll take your breaks.

      Cons

      There's no implementation of work-life balance events or gatherings like team buildings, in order to get to know more about your team members; and also, the system used to record the working time hours is sometimes not really accurate, which can cause over extending working time just to complete 8 hours.

      Pros

      Working with Smart for 3 years now since pandemic. It has always been a stable company and I can say I have fun working with them. Making effort in generating ways to improve our work and even asking us for help. I like how they create activities that is not only entertaining but give us rewards as well. Also, pay is always on time!

      Cons

      Although there are activities I've mentioned that are fun, I still think that our company needs to add a kind of activity like a team building event or seminar. If this happens then it will definitely be great!
