Expectations are very clear. Flexible hours and You know exactly what needs to be done at your station.
Cons
Most supervisors & managers lack of professionalism, work ethics, English communications, common senses and etiquette. Need lot of improvements in the management. As for HR, they sweep a lot of dirt under the rugs for these managers when there are complaints. Really no closure or feedback from them.
