No raises, no reviews, forced to use vacation time to fund acquisitions (to benefit the CEO's ventures), pay is significantly below market, no budget to incentivize new applicants, let alone compete in the industry. Oldschool environment, no company culture, management refuses to acknowledge the inevitable implosion. New CEO does not even acknowledge or care to know the people who work here, doesn't even say hello to anyone who is not a director. We are of no value to him. No opportunity for growth whatsoever.

Not much room for advancement.
