SMS encourages training and professional development and provides numerous resources such as training reimbursement, full access to training database with over 90K courses for easy enrollment and tracking, professional membership/CE dues reimbursement and more. Additionally, we offer a Technical Leadership group (TLP) who can also offer guidance to employees seeking advice on branching into new technical fields or advancement. We have contracts in 26 different states with many employees doing similar work, which allows us to collaborate with other teams and share ideas and solutions. We provide compensation in line with position requirements, location, contract rates, and salary surveys to ensure we offer fair and reasonable compensation. The benefits are top notch. The company put their own money in to make sure employees don't pay a deductible. The leadership has taken care of me in every single instance through multiple managers.

Cons

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We're glad you enjoy your work at Edwards and agree your Project Manager/Regional Director is a great manager! He looks out for his people while also managing a great contract successfully. We understand the drive to Edwards is difficult due to its location and truly appreciate our employees who make that drive. Luckily the contract does offer some flexibility with SDO days . We just finished our annual evaluation cycle on Nov. 1st, so hopefully your happy with your increase in pay. We appreciate the review. Thank you!
