SMS truly cares for our employees, as mentioned in this review and many other reviews on this site. We may have 700+ employees, but try hard to maintain our family culture. Our executive team typically travels several times a year to our various contracts throughout the US to visit with our teams and enjoy meeting and getting to know our employees. We encourage social activities and recognize hard work and going above and beyond for colleagues and our customers. The pandemic put a bit of a wrench in our typical visits and in-person social activities over the past year, but we are slowly starting to ramp back up. Thanks for the review and we've happy to have you at SMS on one of our TX contracts! I agree we have some great and talented employees on our contracts in San Antonio and at Randolph AFB! We also do our best to ensure benefits are competitive as well, so we appreciate you listing our benefits as a "Pro". SMS does have annual evaluations every October for our technical employees and compensation changes occur November 1st each year.
